Investigative Journalism - Case File NOE

DOESN’T EVERYONE CREDIBLE DESERVE THE CHANCE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WORK THIS HARD TO MAKE CHANGE AND INSPIRE THEIR HOMETOWN CITY?……. NY INITIATED THE BALTIMORE DRUG HOLOCAUST DEPICTED IN THE WIRE AND IN THE REAL WORLD ,THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY STILL ATTEMPTING TO TAKE FROM THE COMMUNITY THAT BREEDS BALTIMORE’S FINEST BY TRYING THEIR BEST NOT TO LET BALTIMORES TALENT GET ANY SHINE!! (Story Below)

This is the Urban Legend; the dude in the industry born with vocal chords that sound a little like Jay Z appears to be on the brink of establishing a solo career in the hip hop industry. His name is NOE, and everyone in the industry " NOE's" him. He's mixtape accomplished, ghost writing accomplished, a lyrical beast, recognized domestically and internationally, and word is he's being feared not only because he sounds like JAY, but lyrically he's one the best in the game. He's supposed to be the breakthrough talent from Baltimore, writing for everyone from Diddy to Jim Jones and paying dues to all the music executive offices of NY. Dudes flow is sick, metaphors like The Notorious BIG. Insiders say that labels were scared to sign him, strictly because he sounds like Jay-Z. Jay even dropped a subliminal message in his verse on the GO HARD anthem, "Imma go harder than Baltimore.". Jay also stole the above shot from NOE'S Gladiator video, (one of many things) which was shot in his hometown of Baltimore in April 2009.

It aint hard to tell why he's a threat. Google "NOE Dipset/Birdgang" and his information is everywhere. His interviews are natural and humble. He has an old clip on his myspace talking to Dame Dash about his passion for cigars and introduces his own line of cigars. Months later I see Jay Z on the cover of Cigar Officianado, June issue. Is this a coincidence. Then I ask when the hell did Jay Z get into cigars on that level. With my WU Tang upbringing I begin to do the math, and its clear. This man NOE embodies natural magnetic strength. It takes money to give his fellow peers a hint of this same strength. Where they see fit they boast and brag about experiences that they themselves are new to. NOE acknowledes his gift like a humble educator. He IS that man they fantasize about being in the lyrics of their songs, and I can imagine their fear, trying to compete with a man who in real time translates to be much bigger than just the music he makes.
